It was a panel interview with 2 people. They asked 5 standard questions about leadership in the job, research, and experience with filing and documentation. They also asked how I would fit into this role. Lastly, they asked about my flexibility to work overtime during days and nights.
I met with the department manager and a team member from legal. They told me about the work environment and the role, and what the role required. Then, they asked me about my background and how my experience would fit the role.
I was found online, then I had a phone chat with the recruiter. After that, I went for an in-person panel interview with the program director and some other folks. They asked me some specific questions about the program and the job. The whole thing, from interview to getting the decision, took about two weeks.
