Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was held via phone and it was a very straight forward process. I was asked about 5 questions by two different interviewers. It lasted less than an hour and they left plenty of time for any follow up questions and chit chat.

They asked a few questions, pretty standard interview questions. The focus is on your interest in working with kids and how much you value safety. Make sure to highlight your commitment to following rules and guidelines at your workplace. This is super important at SKYCAP!

The interview process was smooth overall. I had to submit some paperwork and a background check was done. The questions asked were fair and relevant to the job. I didn't face any major issues.
