Candidate-reported interview process

You met with the Advertising Manager and Director. They talked to you about your previous sales experience. They asked if you had a sales format you followed and what it was, and if you had been trained previously.

They did a thorough interview about my past experience and asked how I'd handle situations at AMG. I was given a case study before the panel interview, which we discussed.

I had a lunch interview, then an official office visit with a tour. An offer came a few days later. I met with 2 different managers and then the sales director. I also met several sales people. They showed me the process they use for the entire sales process. We spent time discussing my business styles and experience. I enjoyed the tour.
