I spoke with Marilyn, the HR director, and got a call that same week offering me the job. She was nice and thorough, and I came back soon after to finish up the onboarding stuff.
It was a Zoom interview with one person, Lindee. The task was to design a coupon for an archery service, and I was given some assets to use. It felt like an easy interview. The interviewer was nice and understanding when I got interrupted.
The interview process was quick and very professional. I enjoyed it because there was no pressure, and I felt relaxed. I recommend applying if you are interested in working there, as it provides a good experience. Not sure what else to say about it, it was just an interview.
