The interview process was with Skyways Bureau Travels at their New Delhi branch. I found the interview to be good and easy, but they ended up negotiating a lower salary. It felt like a trap in the end, as I realized they were recruiting qualified people for less pay.
I need a job in your company, please give me one chance to prove myself. I work very hard. I have 1.5 years of experience as a project manager. I have completed four projects in interior design and can also read 2D plans as well as do planning. I have experience in AutoCAD.
It was a 30-45 minute interview with 7 people where they asked about my graduation project and some technical questions. They asked traditional questions like 'talk about yourself' and 'what's your weakness'. I didn't hear back from them.
