It was a 3 step interview process. The first step was all about background check. The second interview was with the direct manager, where they were specific about what they require. They asked me directly about how I can achieve and what plan I will follow. Also, they like confident people, so try to be confident.
The interview process was straightforward and precise, with well-chosen questions relevant to the job. It was conducted professionally in under an hour. I received the offer letter within 3 weeks of the interview.
Applied online and went through the first 3 stages, then was invited for the final assessment day. The process included a case study, a presentation to the panel, and individual interviews. They were choosing 15 out of 36 candidates. The day after the assessment, the HR PIC asked for my payslip, and I offered my current company's confirmation letter, which was accepted. Although I received another offer from a different bank, I expressed my preference for Alrajhi. After several follow-ups, there was no response, which felt unprofessional.
