I got a call one day and was told that I'd have an interview with a top executive by next week. A week passed with no follow-up, so I assumed it wouldn't happen. Then, I got another call saying an email for the interview with the top executive would be sent tomorrow. Again, no email or response. This time, I called, but the person didn't seem to recognize me. When I asked for their name, they didn't provide it, and the question got lost in the conversation.
