Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process at this company was really smooth and easy to understand. The interviewers were on time, communicated well, and gave clear answers. The process involved a phone call, a hiring task, and then a final meeting with the partners.

The interview process involved 3 rounds of interviews plus an assignment. It started with a recruiter, then moved on to partners, and finally concluded with the founders. All individuals were very helpful and open about the role's responsibilities. I have only positive things to say about everyone I met. The only reason I didn't accept the job was due to a better offer from another company.

They gave me database table names and a report with descriptions for each field. I had to write a SQL query to generate the report based on those descriptions.
