so there are 3 interviews, one with HR and the technical support manager, and one with the aftersales manager. then there's a personal assessment and a mechanical reasoning assessment. finally, a medical test, then they feedback with the job offer details.
The interview process had a few parts. First, there was a phone call where they asked about my education and previous work experience. The next interview was a hands-on technical one with the workshop manager. He asked if I knew about the body and paint field and some general technical questions. One question was about why the steering wheel comes back to the center after a U-turn. This was for a 6-month internship.
The interviewer was nice and friendly. Communication before the interview date was great. It wasn't intimidating. I got feedback after the interview. The interview was welcoming and included scenario questions.
