The interview process was quick, but the work-life balance is exceptionally poor. Annual leave utilization is subject to their decisions, not your choice. They also rush the interview process even if other candidates have been shortlisted before you. These aspects seemed unfair to me.
The interview process was not great. The interviewers were rude and didn't make the candidate feel comfortable. They don't treat candidates well, so I'm not sure what the culture is like inside. The recruiter, Tumi, was rude and lacked emotional intelligence.
The first interview was a Zoom call that lasted about an hour with the hiring manager. After that, I had a second interview at HQ with the head of the department. HR would then let me know if I was successful.
