Got a call to set up an interview pretty quick, within a few days. On the interview day, I first met with HR, then the Head of the department. Another call came the next day with the results.
I had an interview with the head of the Contracts Department. It was for a new position. They asked me a technical question and a personal question to consider. The manager asked me about my previous job, the tasks I was doing, and my ambitions in the new company.
When I got there, I met the department manager. We first chatted about personal stuff, and then they asked me questions about planning and Primavera P6. It lasted about 30 minutes. After that, we talked about salary.
