AKWEL Interview Questions

The interview process was poorly executed. I didn't receive any constructive feedback. After multiple attempts to get information, they mentioned they had already selected an internal candidate. It felt like they were just going through the motions to show they had interviewed external candidates, without any real intention to hire someone new.

The interview process was all online and involved several stages. It included standard interviews with the hiring manager and HR. It felt a bit repetitive with different managers, and there weren't any specific tasks or activities. There were a total of 3 interviews, not counting the initial screening by an external recruitment company.

Entrevista primer filtro, acerca de la situación actual, empleo actual y prospectos. La entrevista fluyó sin dificultad y puntual de acuerdo a los tiempos acordados previamente establecidos. El personal muy amable y atento.
