It was like 3 main parts: first, a quick HR chat to talk about my background, why I wanted the job, and if I seemed like a good fit. Super professional, just wanted to know my experience and what I was looking for. Then, a deep dive tech call with an engineer. We talked about backend stuff, .NET, how to design systems basically, and some real-world problems. Also chatted about past projects and design choices. Lastly, a call to sort out the job offer, salary, and benefits. After that, they mentioned figuring out a project for me and that my resume would go to a client for their interview.
They started with a small live coding task. Overall, the interview was good and not stressful. It involved one or two interviewers. That's all that matters.
It was a chat with someone where they asked me stuff about .NET, C#, OOP, memory management, threading, and other similar things. Then there was a 30-minute live coding part. First task was to check how I know built-in data structures. If I did good, then I got an algorithm & data structures task.
