First I talked to a recruiter, then the HR manager interviewed me about functional and organizational skills. The last interview was with Sales and an SME where they assessed my technical and operational abilities. I had to write code and design a framework during the process. They asked about Spring, Struts, Hibernate, and NoSQL.
So first they had me do a test, then a phone screen, and then an in-person interview. The interviews were 45 mins each, but the personality test was 30 mins. The final interview was a group panel.
First, there was a culture fit interview, then a technical round with an SME, and finally a group panel interview. The culture interview focused on personality and behavioral questions. The technical interview was about competency, and the group interview involved meeting the team and being interviewed on different skill sets.
