Candidate-reported interview process

First, there were a bunch of async steps, and then a technical online part. The online assessments were of medium difficulty. All in all, the process was good, and I felt they respected my time. It was a positive experience overall.

We went through three rounds of technical online assessments. They included quick math, sequence, probability, and a game. You really need to practice quick math and know your probability theorems. The game was tricky, and you needed a sharp mind to figure out the strategy quickly.

The first interview stage was a mental math and sequences assessment. I waited for a month before receiving a rejection email. This response time is quite slow compared to how it used to be.
