Candidate-reported interview process
I had a coding test which was the first round and it was medium difficulty. It involved all C++ questions and was on Hackerrank. I passed it and am now waiting for the next coding test, which I expect to be harder.
Had 2 Online Assessments (OAs) that tested C++ concepts in depth and LeetCode-style questions, with one test case each. After passing both OAs, I had a 30-minute phone call interview. The interviewer seemed to have an omniscient god-like feeling, even though they were conceptually incorrect. I don't know why they conduct interviews when the interviewer won't listen, and they'll reject you even if you code the solution. Don't waste your time.
the whole thing took 3 weeks. First up was a HackerRank test with some tricky c++ questions. After that, we had a CodePair session, which was pretty straightforward, although the interviewer didn't seem super engaged right from the start.
