Candidate-reported interview process
The first interview was pretty easy and conducted in English, even though the company is Greek. It lasted about fifteen minutes and the questions were pretty standard, like asking about yourself and your work experience.
Went through 3 interviews. Started with HR, then a case study with a team member that involved preparing an ODD report and pointing out problems, and finished with an interview with a senior person from the team.
The interview consisted of an Excel test and an essay. The Excel portion was of intermediate difficulty, covering functions, pivot tables, and what-if analysis. The entire interview process lasted one hour. The Excel exercise essentially tested the skills expected for the specific role.
