AKS Engineering & Forestry Interview Questions

I applied on their website, then had some emails, a phone screen, and finally an in-person interview. I got a job offer pretty fast, within a week, and they let me pick my start date.

It's a two interview process. First, there's a screening interview to see if you're qualified. Then, there's a second, deeper interview that digs into your skills, your past experience, if you'd fit in with the team, and how you approach problems.

Since it was an employee referral it was very quick, only 5 days from resume to hire. Employee referral is the biggest way they hire so you have to know someone.
