Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was tough, but the interviewers were friendly and asked many unexpected questions. I didn't think behavioral questions would be so important, and they really dug into details about workplace relationships and the overall environment.

The interview process was great and interesting, very captivating and enticing. It was very chill, not so many questions and stuff to ask. It was brilliant, I enjoyed the interview process; it was very nice and interesting.

So, first there was the hiring manager, and then a panel interview. It was with a group of 6 people from different departments: QC, QA, Micro Validations, IT, and Investigations. They wanted to know about technical knowledge in implementing remediation strategies. Also, knowledge of USP, ICH, GAMP, ISPE Empower and other GxP lab systems is a must.
