AKKA Technologies Engineer interviews, decoded.

It was a wonderful, amazing, fantastic, simple, and wow process. Then they helped me a lot with what I wanted to do. I'm filling in some information, so I'm writing random things. Also, I wanted to tell you to try hard. Anyway, jokes aside, they were very nice, kind, and helpful.

It didn't go well, only technical questions, a direct interview with the manager, only technical questions, and it ended quickly. One of the worst interviews I've had, not professional for an engineering position, it wasn't comfortable at all.

A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin and proposed an interview to discuss my motivation and experience. The interview was conducted online via video conference in French between the recruiter and me. I talked about my skills and experience while she took notes. At the end, she gave me a file to fill out with my competencies. I was told the next step would be sharing my file with the technical managers, and if they were interested, I'd get a technical interview. After about a week, I got an email saying my profile wasn't of interest for now, but they'd keep my file in their database just in case.
