Candidate-reported interview process

This was a multi-stage interview process. It started with a recruiter call, then moved to a technical screen, followed by an onsite interview. The interview included in-depth discussions about my coaching and correcting habits, as well as questions about selling, commission, and personal sales performance. Specifically, I was asked about how I would encourage a customer to increase their spending and how I would build trust for them to be more open.

A thorough and hands-on interview process where they get to know you while throwing you into a day's work. It fosters a well-rounded work environment and gets rid of position status mentality. I appreciate the shadowing concept of the interview to test if it's something that interests and excites you.

The process was pretty relaxed. They wanted me to do most of the talking. It centered around selling and people skills.
