The interview process started with an on-campus interview. Then, several weeks later, there was a company full-day interview. It was pretty standard, mostly behavioral questions and discussing my resume and past experiences. The full day interview was long, with many different people to talk to, but they asked the same questions repeatedly.
I had one interview with HR, which was pretty basic, asking about my background and resume. Then a final interview with the manufacturing manager and VP of operations, which was strictly technical, with no behavioral questions.
The interview included a tour of the manufacturing and warehouse areas, followed by individual interviews with several managers and a group interview with potential coworkers. The management interviews focused on experience and career goals. The group interview was relaxed and good for asking questions to potential coworkers.
