It was a phone interview, pretty casual and direct. No weird stuff. It was well run. I got to explain my interest in the role and they told me about the whole process.
The company covers gas and hotel expenses for candidates interviewing for the Sales Rep position in Minnesota. It's a full-day interview, and you'll be meeting with the company owner and other sales reps who are also interviewing. For the Sales Manager role, all expenses, including flights, are covered. You'll need to prepare a presentation that answers pre-determined, job-specific questions. Following the presentation, there's an hour-long session where you'll be asked questions by all the managers.
