The Akbank hiring journey usually starts with an online application and then some online tests like aptitude, English, and personality. If you pass those, you'll have an HR chat about why you're interested and if you fit in. After that, there's typically a technical or manager interview where they check your job knowledge, how you solve problems, and maybe give you a case study. Sometimes, you might have a final chat with higher-ups or a panel before they decide to offer you the job.
You'll first take a general skills test with 40 questions covering basic math and reading. If you pass, you'll move on to a one-on-one interview where you'll answer 5 questions.
