Candidate-reported interview process

HR will first go over the interview process. The first step is a screening question by HR. Then, there will be about 2 to 5 stages of whiteboard sessions. The final stage is a phone interview with the department manager.

The interview process started with phone calls, then moved to an on-site visit, and finished with video conference interviews with a few management team members. It was a pretty chill process, more like catching up with a coworker you haven't seen in a while and just chatting about yourself and their recent work.

Started with an HR phone screening, then had a phone interview with the Systems Engineering Manager. After that, a Solutions Engineer did a technical screening via phone. The final stage was a 4-hour onsite interview day, which included video calls and phone calls with various people: Solutions Engineers, the Systems Engineering Manager, Account Executives, the Director of Channel, and the Director of Systems Engineering. It also involved a presentation to a group.
