Candidate-reported interview process

It started with an HR screening. Then, there was a technical round, sometimes over the phone or in person, where a tech panel assessed my suitability. They might have another round if needed. Next, I had an onsite presentation where I had to prepare and present on topics like HTTP/HTTPS or DNS. After that, a managerial round with a local and/or global team manager/director. Finally, there were HR rounds and salary negotiations.

It was a short and to the point Interview conducted by the panel. They wanted to check if the candidates were clear with Networking concepts and had the required interest in a job that deals with Security.

The interview process included a screening, a telephonic round, and a presentation. However, the presentation wasn't really a presentation, it felt more like an ego clash where the panel tried to ask the most difficult questions. They didn't let me present and made fun of me, which wasn't a good experience. Management and HR should take note of this.
