Candidate-reported interview process

I moved from within the company to this role, but it was very similar to my interview process when coming to the company. They sit you down with the VP and the Director of the role you are applying to, as well as a few of the people on your team. It is very casual and conversation based. I loved it.

I had an initial interview with some sales colleagues and my potential manager. Then about a week later I had a second interview. After that, over the next three weeks, I had a third interview with more management. They said I was a top candidate and that they'd be in touch, but I never heard back even after I tried emailing and calling them.

The interview process was pretty simple and straightforward. They asked some really good questions and some not so good ones. There were 4 rounds in total and everything went well. The HR round was mostly administrative. I ended up getting an offer.
