it started with a recruiter call, then a group interview with 3 managers (sales and marketing growth) and i think a presentation was part of it too. the whole thing took about a month, and it was all remote. everyone i talked to was really nice and made me feel comfortable.
It was a 3-round process plus a product test, and it lasted for 3 weeks. I made it to the final round but then got ghosted by the recruiter even after following up a few times.
The process took place over three weeks in total, from the first contact to receiving an offer. It involved six rounds. Four rounds were with local managers, and two were with direct line managers based in India and the US, conducted via Webex and telephone. Each round lasted about 30 minutes. Everything went very smoothly.
