Candidate-reported interview process

I was first contacted by a recruiter who wasn't from the company. Then I had a phone interview with a coworker, followed by another phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited for a half-day in-person interview with the senior management team where they asked experience-related and behavioral questions.

The whole process took about 3 months to finish. There were 6-7 rounds of interview. After every round I had to wait for 1-2 weeks to know if at all I am through to the next round. HR in not very responsive. Communication skill is zero. We expect at least one call or email for acknowledgement after every round of interview, but the HR team is very lazy.

This was a really interesting interview process. The company has some very smart people and it was enlightening to interact with them. The process can be exhausting but the company ensures it does a very thorough interviews of every candidate to leave no stone un-turned in finding out the right profile. They are very honest and transparent with the process and the job role and challenges.
