Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was very well organized and efficient, despite being quite long and thorough. I didn't have to wait at all and got to meet many senior employees, which gave me a great feel for the company culture and the caliber of the team.

It was a long process with 7 rounds and took 2 months to complete. There were many rounds starting from HR screening, Escalation manager, Senior manager, director, Escalation and senior manager combined (face to face) and final HR round. The process although was lengthy, was rewarding, they checked for the attitude and how to respond to a situation. Overall at the end of the interview you will feel good

I had a super smooth and engaging interview process. The recruiter did a great job coordinating everything and it was all very organized. All the video calls happened right on schedule. I did have to reschedule a couple of times, but they were cool with it. So yeah, really positive experience overall.
