the interview process took about four months to complete, from the technical round all the way to the HR round. there were lots of discussions, and it took about two months to get feedback. the interview questions were pretty easy and what I expected for someone with 3 years of experience, not too tough.
Standard tech-company interview process. Starts with a recruiter call to check if you're a real person. Then a technical interview with Unix, networking, and systems questions. Then an in-person session with more Unix questions and some coding on a board. Some questions might be tricky, but they're not the hardest I've seen. The interviewers seemed like middle managers, not top-tier folks.
Got a call from the recruiter, then had an initial phone chat. After that, they invited me for in-person interviews. Took a while to schedule the date, over a week. When I got there, I waited about 30 minutes for the interviewer. The vibe was really cold. The first person asked about my background, skills, and to share examples from projects I'd done. The next interviewer seemed hurried and didn't make eye contact. Then, a salesperson who'd only been there 3 months and seemed clueless interviewed me. I left feeling pretty confused.
