Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a telephonic round. This was followed by a face-to-face interview with the team manager, which included an IQ/personality test and many behavioral questions focusing on professional experience examples. Then, there was an interview with management (Director or Senior Director). The final round was with HR.

I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, 3 team members, and HR. They said I'd hear back in under 2 weeks, but it's been 4 weeks and I've sent 2 unanswered emails to HR. It was professional until this point. I was really excited about this job, but this has left a bad impression. All it takes is to reply to the email. Very disappointed.

The interview process involved 3 rounds and a lunch meet. The phone screen was a significant technical assessment. The onsite interviews focused on behavioral questions. While some aspects are confidential, the overall process was smooth and fair, with the company aiming to identify the best talent.
