Candidate-reported interview process

So, for this data analyst role, it was a one-on-one chat. Basically, they wanted to see if I knew my stuff technically, could I solve problems, and did I get data analysis. Started with intros and they told me about the job. Then came questions, some like mini tests, some asking what I'd do in a situation, and we talked about using tools like SQL, Python, and Excel before. They really listened and asked more stuff to check my thinking, if I was careful, and if I could explain tricky data things. I also got to ask them about the team, tools, and what they're working on, so we could both see if it was a good match. Then they said what happens next.

The first step was a 30 minute zoom interview with two Account Directors from the Account Services team. Then, the following week, I had another 30 minute zoom interview with two SVPs from the Account Services Team.

The interview process felt long and a bit messy. The actual interview was nice, but getting the interview and hearing back took a while and felt disorganized, like they weren't really on top of things. Honestly, I'm still not sure if some of the jobs on their website are actually open or just old listings.
