I got a call and an email from HR. After I replied, we picked an interview time. They sent me an email, a calendar invite, and paperwork. I finished all the paperwork before the interview, and it took about a week to get an offer.

I met with the HR manager, training manager, and sales manager. I had to provide a writing sample and a phone conversation sample. They then set up a shadowing day so I could see the business in action. I attended the shadowing and asked questions, and met with the managers. They called me the next day with an offer, and I started a week later.
