The interview process has stages specific to the area applied for, with both online and in-person steps. It's a well-structured and straightforward process, involving more than one interviewer. Overall, it was a positive and unique hiring experience.
The selection process was very lengthy and convoluted. The interviews themselves were relaxed, but it felt like repeating the same tasks across multiple stages. Although the managers and HR were very friendly and clear, there was a lack of firm commitment on deadlines and they weren't met.
First, I had an interview with the HR recruitment manager. Once approved, the next step was an interview with the leaders of the areas where the internship could be done, including presenting the solution to a case study.
