The interview was very transparent and direct. I went through HR and the area managers. The only negative point is that I had to write an essay during the interview, which I found unnecessary.
It was in-person and included a group activity, an outdated method that doesn't really assess skills properly. They do a drawing test and circle exercises like you're getting a driver's license, and in the end, you don't get any feedback on the interview.
Besides online tests, there's also an in-person test. For the in-person part, you need to do a PPT presentation. There's an HR interview, then interviews with managers, both online and in-person, and also a group interview. There are significant delays between the stages.
