After applying, I got a call for a phone screen about a month later. If they liked what they heard from the phone screen, they set up a panel interview with the team. If an offer is extended, you hear back pretty fast.

It started with a phone screen, then a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview with 6 cross-functional team members, split into 2 teams of 3 people each, totaling 1.5 hours. They said a decision would be made within a few days.

This was a total waste of time. It felt like they posted the job just to have an opening, but they already had an internal person lined up. The recruiter was kind of gas-lighting during the first call, and then when it was supposed to be the real interview with the hiring manager, they pulled a bait and switch and cancelled.
