Had 4 interviews in total. Met lots of people throughout the process. I had to travel to another office twice. The process could have been shorter and maybe without so much travel. They asked a lot of the same questions between interviewers, so they could probably cut down a step or two by doing a group interview.
It was a simple and streamlined process, felt friendly. The environment and culture seem flexible.
First, you'll chat with a recruiter. If that goes well, your resume gets sent to a market director. They'll do a quick video call to chat about your experience and why you want the job. After that, you'll meet with one or two people from the team. If you clear those steps, it's on to onboarding and training.
