The interview process was pretty straightforward. I started with a phone screen, and then I was invited for a one-on-one meeting. The whole thing took about 5 weeks, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer in the end.

Online tests to assess logical reasoning, English level, and numerical reasoning. Then, a one-hour in-person interview with the internship supervisor, who is typically an HR expert and skilled at making candidates comfortable while evaluating them fairly and impartially.

This interview process was set up by a temp agency called Ajilion, which also posted the job on LinkedIn. I strongly advise against interviewing with this agency. The role seemed like a bait and switch regarding the salary. On the interview day, all the interviews seemed to happen at the same time, maybe to create pressure or because the process was disorganized. Ajilion had me do a pre-interview chat with their executive recruiter and a post-interview chat with them after I spoke with the actual HR Director. The Wolff Company should really handle their own interviews to save money; this was an unnecessary and annoying screening step during an already stressful time.
