The interview process started with a phone screen with a recruiter. We talked about my past jobs and education, salary expectations, preferred locations, and duties. They also asked how I found out about the job, my main strengths, and for examples of projects I've done.
The phone interview went really well, they thought my resume was amazing and that I was perfect for the role. Then they asked me to come into the office. Once I met them in person, their attitude completely shifted. They started saying they'd send over some leads. It was pretty clear I wasn't their type, even though my skills, degree, and technical abilities were never in question. I never heard back from them, despite trying to call multiple times. "BLATANT RACISM"
this company is a total waste of time. They call for a personal interview and promise you a project and job in the coming week. You keep following up for weeks and months but there is no progress whatsoever after your first meeting. I visited for an interview and wasted my day at their office. The company keeps posting jobs but has no further interest.
