Candidate-reported interview process

It was kind of long, but not too scary. You'll need to talk about any past wins or experiences you have that show you can hit targets and quotas. Any sales experience that would be useful is also good to bring up.

So, it started out like a typical interview, but then it turned into us just chatting about fun stuff like sports, bars, and, you know, money. You gotta be good at telling stories and make the interview feel super personal. You'll be meeting clients face-to-face for this gig, and the hiring folks want to see how you'd handle a meeting with them.

First I spoke with a staffing manager, then the branch manager, and after that, the regional manager. They then passed my resume and notes to someone higher up to make the offer decision. The questions were standard and not overly difficult.
