Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really nice. They never actually called me though. I'm curious about the minority ratio here, because when I look at the photos there are only very few African Americans, less than 3. Why is that? This is very discouraging.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter first. After that, they set up an in-person interview with their client. The whole thing took about 4 weeks, and I got the job offer within two months. It was a good experience.

Interview went on for a while. Had to do a test on Excel and I passed. Then had to go for a full background check, which they paid for. After that, they didn't follow up or respond.
