It was a 3-round interview process, pretty standard and the interviewers were really nice. Mostly behavioral questions were asked, and a good chunk of the time was spent explaining the internship. The company culture seemed to be a big part of the evaluation, with fewer technical questions.
The interview was pretty easy and the interviewer was very chill and easy to talk to. We spent most of the time discussing their two-year program offered after graduation and whether I’d be interested in joining it. I said I was open to it but not fully committed, and I think that uncertainty ultimately led to me being declined.
The interview involved three stages: a recruiter phone call, an interview with the station manager, and a final interview with the operations director. All interviews were behavioral to assess my skills and suitability for the company.
