I got a phone screen about two weeks after I applied, and then a week later I had my hiring team interview. After waiting another week, I was offered the job.
It was a 2-step process, first an interview with the recruiter, then an interview with a senior developer and the technology director. It was a really smooth process, and the questions were all practical, real-world coding problems, not the kind you never see on the job.
The interview process went pretty smoothly. I had two Zoom interviews. First, I talked with the HR recruiter. Then, I had another interview with two of the managers or directors for the specific job. The interview felt pretty balanced, where they gave me more info about the job, what they're looking for, asked me questions, and also shared what Aisle Rocket offers in terms of benefits and work-life balance.
