Aisera Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

The interviewers were all super friendly and seemed to indicate a good working culture. However, there were some significant issues. My preferred availability times were ignored, and I had to push to reschedule. Also, several interview rounds and the take-home assignment covered the same material, forcing me to repeat answers. It felt like poor coordination. The biggest letdown was the complete silence after completing three rounds and the take-home assignment, even after I followed up. No feedback, no rejection, just ghosting, which really killed the vibe.

The interview process included a coding round where 2 easy questions were asked and discussed in 45 minutes, a behavioral round with a couple of questions, and a managerial round for a general technical discussion about the role and prior experience.

The interview process started with initial tech interviews that went well. Everyone seemed nice and said they'd minimized the process to 2-3 weeks. But then after 2-3 weeks, I had more interviews with leadership in Greece and the US. After passing those, I thought it was done. Almost two months in, they scheduled another interview, and then nothing. I got ghosted. The whole experience felt disrespectful and misleading given the initial 2-3 week claim. There was minimal feedback, and then ghosting after 2-3 months. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here.
