Candidate-reported interview process

First, there's a psychometric test to see if you have the skills and reasoning for the job. If you pass, then you have an interview where they'll ask about your experience and why you want the role.

The interview process included an initial SOP writing task and then a psytech genesis assessment. For the assessment, you had to read some text and answer questions, and also look at a sequence of pictures to figure out the pattern and what the next picture should be.

resume submission to workday, followed by an HR phone screening. then a management onsite interview that lasted about 1-1.30 hours. HR got back within a week.
