First there was a phone screening, then a grammar and punctuation test, and a call scenario test where you listen to a call and answer questions about details. You should take notes during these mock calls. There was also a typing test, copying a paragraph, and all scores are emailed to you instantly. You only need an average score on these exams to move on to the interview. After that, you meet with 2 managers and the department Director.
It was a pretty long interview with a few different parts. First, I had to take an online test. After that, I met with a series of managers, going from one to another. The whole thing took about three hours. The manager I spoke with seemed nice and we found some common ground based on our previous jobs. Two of the managers had been with the company for over 20 years, and one had been there for 10 years.
It was basically just a q&a. They wanted to get a sense of my personality and integrity. Also if I can work well with others. Oh, and there was a typing test, a spelling test, and a listening skills test.
