First you get a phone invite about a week before the interview, and you need to be reachable by phone. Then, there's a Zoom interview that lasts about 45 minutes. We'll chat about your resume and why you're interested in this role, and then you'll do a short case study.
The interview process started with a resume round, then a case round where I had to make a strategic decision using Excel data and present it in a PPT within 2 hours. Finally, there was a personal interview via Zoom, including basic behavioral questions and queries about my past experiences.
We started with a recruiter screen, then I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a second interview with the hiring manager and the head of the department. The final interview involved a case study that was given 3-5 days beforehand, and I had to prepare 2 slides.
