Candidate-reported interview process

The HR screening interview was pretty good, gave a nice overview of the company. They told me about the team they're hiring for and went over the benefits and compensation stuff.

So there was this online assessment, it was pretty standard, covering stuff like the company's history, values, and then some technical bits with Python and SQL. They also threw in some system design, probability, and brainstorming questions. After that, I had a quick 15-minute chat with someone from the team, and then it was a full hour of live coding.

The recruiter screen was pretty weird, they asked a bunch of really generic questions and didn't really dig into what the role required or if there would be any gaps between the job description and my qualifications.
