Candidate-reported interview process

Went through 3 stages. First with an internal recruiter, second with 2 team members who I would work alongside and the 3rd with Head of. First two are as imagined, nothing too taxing and got to know the business more and the intricate details of how they work. The 3rd stage probed more on the how and why of my role and what can I bring to the team in the eyes of the senior hiring manager. Good overall experience.

Applied for the role and got an email really fast to set up a first screening call. The recruiter was nice and asked some good questions, but it was a 45 minute call, longer than usual. They said they would be in touch to set up time with the Hiring Manager, but then I just never heard back, no feedback, nothing. So, don't bother reaching out to a candidate if you're not going to follow through with the interview process.

The interview had 5 stages total. It started with an HR screen, then a hiring manager chat, followed by a take-home assignment. After that, there was a presentation of the assignment, and it finished with a vibe check session. The questions and tasks were challenging in a good way, giving a clear picture of the role's demands. The process was efficient and smooth, with a maximum waiting time of 3-5 days between stages.
